Check charges before switching from CT Excel to MobileCoop

Before moving to MobileCoop, you can ask CT Excel for account information and possible charges.

How to check possible charges

  1. Text INFO to 85075 from your CT Excel SIM.

    CT Excel should send information about your account and any possible charges for leaving.

  2. Review any early termination or outstanding charges.

    This may include contract charges, device payments, outstanding bills or credit on your account.

  3. Choose how you want to switch.

    Once you are happy with the charges, you can request a PAC if you want to keep your number, or a STAC if you do not.
