LiDL is not available in this guide yet

LiDL will soon be offering a mobile phone service in the UK - watch this space! It will (likely) use the EE mobile phone network.

Expected launch date: 1 September 2026

What you can do now

  • You can still request a PAC from iD Mobile by texting PAC to 65075.
  • Do not give the PAC to your new provider until they are ready to process your switch.
  • A PAC is usually valid for 30 days, so wait until the new provider is ready before requesting one.

Check back soon

We will add the full LiDL switching guide as soon as reliable switching information is available.
