Switch from MobileCoop to Sky Mobile without keeping your number

If you do not need to keep your current mobile number, you can request a STAC from MobileCoop and give it to Sky Mobile.

How to switch without keeping your number

  1. Text STAC to 75075 from your MobileCoop SIM.

    You should receive a STAC code and information about any account charges.

  2. Give the STAC to Sky Mobile.

    Sky Mobile will use this to close your old service without transferring your old number.

  3. Use your new Sky Mobile number.

    Your old number will not move across. Only choose this route if you are happy to lose or stop using your current number.

Important: A STAC does not transfer your number. Use this route only if you are happy not to keep your existing mobile number.
