STAC code

Switch from The Peoples Operator to CT Excel without keeping your number

If you do not need to keep your current mobile number, you can request a STAC from The Peoples Operator and give it to CT Excel.

Your selected switch
The Peoples Operator
to
CT Excel

How to switch without keeping your number

  1. Text STAC to 75075 from your The Peoples Operator SIM.

You should receive a STAC code and information about any account charges.

  2. Give the STAC to CT Excel.

CT Excel will use this to close your old service without transferring your old number.

  3. Use your new CT Excel number.

Your old number will not move across. Only choose this route if you are happy to lose or stop using your current number.

Important: A STAC does not transfer your number. Use this route only if you are happy not to keep your existing mobile number.
