Your switching steps
- Text PAC to 65075 from your Mozillion SIM.
- Mozillion should send you a PAC code and any important account or charge information.
- Give the PAC code to VOXI when you join or through their number transfer process.
- Keep both SIMs until the transfer has completed. Your number should usually move once the new provider processes the PAC.
What is a PAC?
A PAC, or Porting Authorisation Code, lets you move your existing mobile number from Mozillion to VOXI.
Before you switch
Before you switch, check whether you are still in contract, whether there are early termination charges, and whether you have any outstanding device payments, account balance or credit.
