What are O2 PAC codes?

A O2 PAC code lets you move your mobile number from O2 to another provider.

How to get a PAC code from O2

O2 is one of the UK’s main mobile network operators. It is marked in our records as offering SIM-only plans, PAYG, phone contracts and eSIM.

To keep your mobile number when leaving O2, text PAC to 65075 from your O2 SIM.

Once you have your PAC, give it to your new provider. Your new provider will use it to transfer your number from O2.

If you do not want to keep your number, text STAC to 75075 instead.

If you only want to check possible charges before deciding, text INFO to 85075.
