Leaving EE without keeping your number

EE is one of the UK’s main mobile network operators. It is marked in our records as offering SIM-only plans, PAYG, phone contracts and eSIM.

To leave EE without keeping your current mobile number, text STAC to 75075 from your EE SIM.

You should receive a STAC code and information about any possible charges. Give the STAC to your new provider when setting up your new service.

Important: A STAC does not transfer your number. Use this route only if you are happy not to keep your existing mobile number.

If you want to keep your number when leaving EE, request a PAC instead by texting PAC to 65075.

If you only want to check possible charges first, text INFO to 85075.
