Leaving Freedom Pop without keeping your number

Freedom Pop is a UK mobile virtual network operator. It is marked in our records as offering SIM-only plans.

Freedom Pop is listed as a historic provider. If your service has moved to another network or brand, you may need to contact the provider currently supplying your mobile service.

To leave Freedom Pop without keeping your current mobile number, text STAC to 75075 from your Freedom Pop SIM.

You should receive a STAC code and information about any possible charges. Give the STAC to your new provider when setting up your new service.

Important: A STAC does not transfer your number. Use this route only if you are happy not to keep your existing mobile number.

If you want to keep your number when leaving Freedom Pop, request a PAC instead by texting PAC to 65075.

If you only want to check possible charges first, text INFO to 85075.
