Leaving T-Mobile Business without keeping your number

T-Mobile Business is a UK mobile virtual network operator.

T-Mobile Business is listed as a historic provider. If your service has moved to another network or brand, you may need to contact the provider currently supplying your mobile service.

To leave T-Mobile Business without keeping your current mobile number, text STAC to 75075 from your T-Mobile Business SIM.

You should receive a STAC code and information about any possible charges. Give the STAC to your new provider when setting up your new service.

Important: A STAC does not transfer your number. Use this route only if you are happy not to keep your existing mobile number.

If you want to keep your number when leaving T-Mobile Business, request a PAC instead by texting PAC to 65075.

If you only want to check possible charges first, text INFO to 85075.
